Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
We are Megan & John Hicks from Johns Creek GA, and we manage our two rental condos under the name Sun and Sand PCB. We have long been avid travelers, heading everywhere from the beaches to the ski slopes, enjoying popular areas as well as more remote ones in the U.S., Mexico, Caribbean, and Europe. With such a passion for travel, we had a desire to own vacation homes for our enjoyment as well as others'. We believe our condos will be some of the best vacation homes you'll experience.
